Have do I know what accent I have?

I learned to talk in Rhode Island (that's where I'm from) where most people have a Boston accent because we were only 30 minutes away, but I lived in Seattle forever and then South Florida. People ask me all the time what accent I have but I don't know. My friends used to tell me I had a Boston accent and one person told me i had a southern accent, when I seriously don't. What's a Northwestern accent? Do I have that? I don't pronounce my r's a lot like "cawr" for "car" and s's are more distinct when i talk and I add them to everything I say like "guysz" for "guys" or "come onsz" for "come on". What accent would that be? I don't have a speech problem because I asked when I was younger if I needed to take speech and they said no. Some one please tell me!
