Restaurants,Nightlife etc.. in Dubronik,St.Tropez,Capri,Mallo… and Myknonos?

This summer I will be traveling to this place and I wanted to know some restaurants,clubs,bars,etc.. to go to that aren't touristic and more for the locals I suppose.any price range is fine.
