Are John Cena's antics holding WWE back BQ?

I think they were already considering going in this direction, but then when they realized what they had in Cena, that pushed them over the top, and they took that ball and ran with it all the way to TV PG. I think TV PG is holding the WWE back, no necessarily Cena himself although he does deserve most of the blame.
