What would be a good stocking idea for my 30 gallon tank?

its already cycled and has a male dwarf gourami in it i turn on my filter not all the time because it makes a strong current so i only turn it on at time like after feeding but its not always off it has 3 live plants(hornwort, and 2 green mondo gr) i might get like 2 more live plants before i get more fish though. my gourami often builds a bubblenest so im not sure if i should get a female dwarf gourami or not because i know how to breed them. they breed like almost exactly the same as bettas and i have breeded bettas before so will have a mating pair of dwarf gouramis in the tank cause problems(like territorial or they bother other fish) and i am planning on getting some cories to do the cleaning and maybe a few ghost shrimp like 4 and i got some snails in there already that came with the plants attached they were really tiny so they didnt see them and i also want to get cherry barbs and maybe cardinal tetras so can you help me stock this tank i am also for sure going to put 3 platies in there which i already have and i have a 10g tank cycled for a breeding/hospital tank. so if i didnt get the cardinals what should i get? i also got 4 fake plants in the tank and a long air stone in the back that i will turn on once in a while and there is a large cave and a small terra cotta pot.
