Actually, Ronald Reagan only used a teleprompter for topics and not for the entire speech. That is proven in the transcripts when compared to the speeches themselves. (Look them up, you have a computer don't you). Intelligent orators like Kennedy and Reagan were capable of profound impromptu speeches unlike Mr. uh, uh, umm, let me be ummmm clear.
