Working at a flowershop??? :)?

Personally, I would just go in and ask if they are hiring. If they're not, ask them what kind of experience you need in order to work in a flower shop and how to get that experience. Also, don't forget places like grocery stores...they often have gift areas that involve working with flowers. I think it's awesome that you want to work in a flower shop....they seem like such happy fun places. Good luck to you!
