I want some good face washes and moisturizers?

I have st ives apricot scrub, but that's not enough. Recently my skin got really bad, super oily and breaks out a ton. I don't want to switch my apricot scrub, but I don't use it enough. Since its a scrub, the walnut shell bits (cool huh) keep getting in my hair when I try to wash my face by the sink. So I was thinking about getting that green tea cleaner, not the scrub the other one. Know anything about it? And I need a moisturizer. Must be very cheap (price not quality) and easy to find. Good for oily skin. My skin seems to be strange. My nose is super oily along with other bits of my face but I have a super dry spot. I've been using rubbing alcohol or witch hazel on my face for a quick clean and to get rid of make up and oil. I started using witch hazel (even though it smells funny) because the smell of the alcohol made my eyes sting. If there's a moisturizer for faces from st ives, awesome because I love the brand and they don't test on animals and don't have the chemicals my mom is allergic to which are in most things so if she cold use it then even better. And this may be pushing it, but spf 15 would be so great since it's summer
