What is a more exciting Rating in the Navy, Gunners Mate or Master at Arms?

What type of Billets are available for each? I already know the basic description of each Rating, I am looking for more specific information about the types of mission that could be expected in either rating. I would be interested in hearing Coast Guard experiences also.
