One year of Community College 3.44 G.P.A. Can I get into the University of Minnesota?

It seems unlikely if you didn't take the ACT or SAT, and if you weren't eligible after high school. It also seems rather late to apply for this year, so the first chance you would probably get would be for next Spring, and by then you would really be better off waiting until Fall 2010. Sorry, but given the current state of the economy, there are more and more students going to public universities and community colleges wanting to transfer, and it is becoming tougher to do so.
