My new Manager want to transfer me to another shift bcz he want to put a girl in my place?

Thats messed up mann. i say, if that manager is white, and youre not, then hes kinda racist in a way but he doesnt want to show it, if not, then its still kinda like discriminating or something like that, i mean, not just because shes a girl shes better, maybe a female can get more attention than a guy but that doesnt mean shes better.
