(living in China)... true or false?...?

When such sad incidents occurred, everybody will be quick to tell their good reasoning, so all of the above can be True, False or combinations depending on one's own perspective. My perspective is that there're many lunatics wandering around inside the Mainland, unnoticed and uncared for. I've also noticed that many such outrageous behaviors are done by people in their 40s and 50s, wonder if this has anything to do with the aftermath of the decade long Cultural Revolution that has driven many, many insane?
