If u wear a size 7.5 in women what size would u wear in men?Do they make men shoes from sizes 4-13?

See i'm Getting Jordans Off this Site And There Fake But there's no sizes to pick from so i putted in a 6 in men and there was no error but anyway there fakes they come in all sizes and they are wholesale website?But anyways what size am i in men if im a 7.5?also my feet might grow into an 8 so what size would i be in men if im a 8 in women?Thanks alot for your responses!
