okay so here is my stats...i weigh about 330 six foot four age 20, i was an ex lineman but sadly stopped all ties to working out and eating healthy...so what i basically need is a diet plan. diet/workout if possible. i got a gym p and stuff. my goal is to be back at 400 bench. currently im about 320. someone hook me up with a diet plan that will work, possible vitamins, powders, all that stuff. safe and legal please. thanks everyone, this is something i need to be healthy again.
