Halloween Wedding questions?

I am planning a Halloween wedding for this year. On a very small budget of 3,000. I need ideas for flowers,colors, etc. I want more of an elegant halloween feel. We will be having the wedding at the Cresent House in Valdosta,GA which is a plantation house. Also, I am looking for a cheap eco friendly way to send invitation, is sending e-mails okay..or something like that? We plan on having heavy H'orderves and no meat at all.
