Black Moor fish queston??

Ok so I have a 5 gallon tank with 3 very small White Cloud fish( which are really hardy and friendly fish) in it. Could I have a Black Moor in this tank? Will they get along ok? Since I only want to get one will this tank be sufficient? What should the water temperature be? Food? Thanks
